     “Do you?”
     “Do I what?” balik ni Alex na naguluhan sa tanong ni Brent.
     “You spent an entire night with me last night, and you’re spending a bit of your day with me today, so do you like me?” tanong nito na para bang sinusubukan siya.
     ‘Kapal din nito, ano!’ palatak niya sa sarili. ‘Here I was thinking na he’s not so bad iyon pala, eh, mataas din ang ere!’
     “Want to give me that one-year trial period so we’ll see kung ano talaga ang tipo mo?” Ngumisi si Brent. “O baka naman natatakot ka na bago matapos ang isang taon, you’ll be begging me to take you.”
     Alex wasn’t exactly thrilled with the idea of marrying Brent, pero para sa kapakanan ng amang may sakit, they agreed to pretend that they like each other. Nag-aaway man, hindi naman nila maitatanggi ang physical attraction sa pagitan nila.
     But would it be enough to convince Brent into committing himself into a real relationship with her?
